Do you post internationally?
Why, yes, indeed I do! The best thing to do if you're interested in having Saponify goodies sent somewhere other than Australia is to send me a message through the contact us page of the website. I can give you a rough estimation of how much your shipping will be, and set you up a custom order. Easy!

Do you sell Wholesale?
I sure do! I'd absolutely love for Saponify products to grace the shelves of your store. If you're interested in buying from me please get in contact, and I'll send you through the current Wholesale Line Sheet.

What is your turn-around time for orders?
99% of orders are in the mail to you the day you make your purchase. For metropolitan Sydney orders, expect your parcel within 1-2 business days. If you live outside of Sydney you should expect your order to arrive within 4-5 business days.

How is my order sent to me?
Your items are all carefully (and prettily) wrapped, then bubble wrapped, and often wrapped again for safety. Then it's off to the Post Office where they're slipped into a mailing bag and on the way to you.

What about postage costs, how does that work out?
I send out orders in either 500gm or 3kg per-paid bags, depending on the size of your order. Occasionally my website overestimates the cost of postage, but if this happens rest assured that I always refund the difference via paypal.

Do I need a Paypal account to order Saponify?
Paypal is the easiest way to place your order with Saponify. But, if you're not comfortable with using it I'm happy to accept direct bank transfers. Please email me (sales@saponify.com.au) if you wish to pay this way and I can send you Saponify's account details.

How long do your soaps last?
Soap should last an indefinite amount of time really, but I like to say 1 year from the day of production to be safe. They're completely safe to use after a year, but the scent and colour may not be quite as 'bright' as when they were first made.
